SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
1. THE COMMITMENT TO DELIVERY
At TWOCRUSH, discipline is applied to every stage, including the safe delivery of your property. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your acquisition arrives with the integrity and elegance it deserves.
2. PROCESSING TIME
After confirming your order, each piece undergoes a final inspection and a meticulous packaging process.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
These preparation times are independent of the carrier's transit times.
3. NATIONAL SHIPPING (SPAIN)
We offer standard home delivery within Spain.
Shipping to Spain
Estimated delivery: 48–72 business hours (2–3 business days) from order dispatch.
Shipping costs and, where applicable, free shipping conditions (e.g., above a certain purchase amount) will always be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
The indicated transit times are estimates provided by the courier companies we collaborate with and may vary due to causes beyond TWOCRUSH's control (logistical conditions, weather, high demand, etc.).
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – REST OF EUROPE
We offer standard shipping to certain European countries (excluding Spain and not including the United Kingdom, which is regulated in the following section).

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from order dispatch.
Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process, based on the destination country.
The indicated timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the country, the carrier and possible border controls or logistical congestion.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – UNIDO KINGDOM
For the UK, the standard shipping conditions are:

Taxes and fees in the United Kingdom
All import taxes, customs duties and tariffs applicable in the United Kingdom are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
TWOCRUSH is legally obligated to declare the full and exact value of the items shipped. We cannot mark a shipment as a "gift" or declare a value lower than the actual value.
If a shipment is rejected by the recipient due to refusal to pay the corresponding duties or fees, TWOCRUSH reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be refunded (in case of accepted return) the cost of the outbound shipment, the possible return shipment and any associated fees or surcharges.
We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations before placing an international order.
6. MONITORING AND SECURITY OF ASSETS
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and, where applicable, a link to check the shipment status.
Given the special nature of our pieces, some shipments may require additional confirmation or verification by the carrier at the time of delivery to ensure correct receipt of the order.
7. SHIPPING ISSUES
If your item arrives with apparent damage to the packaging or the product, please:
Document the incident with clear photographs of the package (exterior and interior) and the affected part.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, stating your order number and attaching the images.

With this information we can initiate, if necessary, the corresponding claim with the transport company and assess possible solutions in accordance with our policies, always taking into account the unique nature of each piece.
