PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This payment options policy is intended to inform the user about the payment methods available for the purchase of products through the website www.twocrush.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
By completing an order on the Website, the user agrees to use only payment methods that they are the legitimate owner of and guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate and complete.
2. AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
TWOCRUSH offers users various electronic payment methods, managed through secure payment gateways provided by third parties.
Depending on the user's country of residence, the device used, and the browser settings, some methods may not be available in all cases.
The following payment methods may be available, by way of example and without limitation:
2.1. Debit and credit card
Users can make payments using debit or credit cards accepted by the payment gateway enabled on the Website. Generally, major card brands used in Europe are accepted, provided they have not been restricted by the issuing bank or the payment gateway itself.
The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation, once the card credentials have been verified and the payment has been authorized by the issuing entity.
2.2. Digital wallets or purses
On certain devices and browsers, the user will be able to use integrated payment solutions, such as Apple Pay or other digital wallets compatible with the payment gateway used by TWOCRUSH.
The availability of these methods depends on the user having the service configured on their device and on the technical conditions of the corresponding provider.
Currently, TWOCRUSH does not offer Shop Pay as a direct payment method.
2.3. Third-party payment platforms
In this case, TWOCRUSH may enable the use of third-party payment platforms (such as widely used online payment services). In such cases, the user will be redirected to the corresponding platform to complete the payment under the terms and conditions established by that entity.
The use of these services implies the express acceptance of the conditions of the third-party payment platform, which are beyond the direct control of TWOCRUSH.
2.4. Other payment methods
TWOCRUSH may add, modify or remove additional payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, installment payments through partner entities or other equivalent systems), provided that this is communicated during the purchase process and in this policy.
In any case, any alternative payment method will only be considered valid when it is expressly and operationally displayed during the Website checkout process.
3. TRANSACTION SECURITY
Payments made through the Website are processed through external payment gateways that use appropriate security and encryption protocols to protect the user's financial information.
TWOCRUSH does not store the complete data of payment cards or digital wallets used by the user at any time, this information being managed directly through the payment service providers.
However, the user acknowledges that no system is completely invulnerable to possible attacks or unauthorized access and accepts to assume the risks arising from the use of electronic communication systems, under the terms provided for in the applicable regulations.
4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, CHARGES AND VERIFICATIONS
By entering payment details and confirming the order, the user authorizes TWOCRUSH and the payment service providers to charge the corresponding amount of the order, including taxes, shipping costs and any other item that has been duly informed during the purchase process.
In certain cases, the payment gateway or the card issuer may apply additional verification procedures (such as strong customer authentication systems), which the user must complete correctly for the payment to be authorized.
TWOCRUSH reserves the right to cancel orders in which it has not been possible to verify the identity of the user, the legitimacy of the means of payment or the correct authorization of the operation by the financial entity or the payment service provider.
5. CURRENCY, TAXES AND FEES
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
Depending on the user's country of origin or the card issuer, additional fees may apply for currency exchange, international transactions, or other banking charges beyond TWOCRUSH's control. Any such fees will be the sole responsibility of the user.
TWOCRUSH is not responsible for any surcharges or fees that may be applied by financial institutions or external payment service providers to the Website.
6. REJECTED PAYMENTS, INCIDENTS AND FRAUD
If a payment is rejected by the issuing bank or payment gateway, the order will not be considered confirmed. The user must verify the entered information, check the availability of funds or credit limit, and, if necessary, contact their financial institution.
TWOCRUSH reserves the right to block or cancel orders and user accounts when it detects reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods or activities contrary to good faith and the legitimate use of the Website.
If the user believes that an improper or unauthorized charge has occurred, they should contact their financial institution and, additionally, inform TWOCRUSH through the established customer service channels.
7. MODIFICATION OF PAYMENT OPTIONS
TWOCRUSH may modify, update or delete at any time the payment methods available on the Website, as well as the conditions associated with them, always respecting the applicable regulations regarding consumers and users.
The available payment options will be those displayed at each stage of the purchase process. Users are advised to periodically review this policy and the information shown at checkout before finalizing any order.
